H Stephen Snoots, 56 of Cumberland, died on Tuesday June 26, 2005 at his home.
     Born November 8, 1948 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Herman Albert Snoots and Audrey Adeline (Webber) Snoots.  Mr, Snoots was also preceded in death by his first wife Diana (Deffingbaugh) Snoots.
