If you were in the service - Branch - Period of service - Where served etc. Served in U.S. Navy - as Electrician's Mate Second Class, from February 1979 to 1989. I was stationed in Nea'Makri', Greece, Keflavik, Iceland, Annapolis, MD and Guantanimo Bay, Cuba. |

Briefly What Happened Since Leaving School I went to work at the National Bureau of Standards. Then I left there and joined the Navy in February 1979. After seeing a good bit of the world outside Maryland, I left the Navy and returned to Frederick in 1989. I now work again at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (they changed name). I married a wonderful man in 1985 and we have two beautiful sons. I also have a stepson, two stepdaughters and one step-grandson. I still travel a lot, only on vacations and in the US with my family. |
