Briefly What Happened Since Leaving School Sec. @Ital.Tech.Delegation(Branch of Embassy)DC; Sealtest (Steno)DC; Wash.Term.Co.(Steno)DC; 1953 married Ken and resigned to care for "our" 3 children. 1962 accepted offer as Secretary to the Auditor @Wash.Term.Co. Husband retired from the RR and we went into YMCA service at Union Station, DC to VA to NY and Phila. 1974 went to work for Reading RR Co., in Phila., then joined Conrail 1976 as Project Secretary to 3 Directors on the Labor/Management Project reporting to the CEO. I retired 1991. Traveled thru-out the US and Canada (all on terra firma - bad sea & air experiences). |
